Transliteration (IAST)

kṛtārthaṃ prati naṣṭam apy anaṣṭaṃ tad-anya-sādhāraṇatvāt

Word by word

kṛtārtham prati

for one whose purpose is fulfilled

naṣṭam api

although it has ceased (to exist)

anaṣṭam

it is not destroyed

tat-anya-sādhāraṇatvāt

because it is common to others

Translation

For the one whose purpose is accomplished, the seen is as if gone, yet it is not destroyed, since it remains common to others.
