kṣīṇa-vṛtter abhijātasyeva maṇer grahītṛ-grahaṇa-grāhyeṣu tat-stha-tad-añjanatā samāpattiḥ

Translation

When the fluctuations dwindle, the mind, like a clear jewel, takes on the color of what it rests on — knower, knowing, and known: this is engrossment (samāpatti).
